Kathy Taylor, Principal
Welcome to Gamaliel Elementary, home of the Mighty, Mighty, Tigers! The administration of GES, along with the faculty and staff, are pleased to welcome you to our school family! We are very excited about the upcoming school year and look forward to working with you to ensure your child reaches the highest possible level.
To introduce myself, my name is Kathy (Russell) Taylor, and I am honored and humbled with the opportunity to serve as Principal of GES! I became a Tiger in the fall of 1983, when I entered the halls of Gamaliel School as a student in Mrs. Judy Rowland’s first grade class, and I can proudly say, I have been a Tiger ever since! My husband, Jeff, graduated in the last graduating class of Gamaliel High School in 1985. My dad, Bobby, and my grandmother, Edith both were Gamaliel High graduates, and my father-in-law, Jerome, was an administrator at Gamaliel for many years. Jeff and I have two children, Clara and Lexi. I guess you can say that my family bleeds “purple,” and we always have!
Please feel free to visit us at GES at any time! Again, I am very excited about this school year, and I look forward to working with you and your child in achieving success!
