Monroe County ATC Administering Student Voice Surveys

Student Voice
The Monroe County ATC will be administering Student Voice surveys to some of their active students between February 7 and February 16, 2018.  The purpose of the surveys is to assist educators in gaining their students' perspectives on classroom educational practices.  Results remain anonymous.  Any parents of a child who currently attends the ATC and who wishes their child to not take part in the survey should contact Mrs. Jerri Rowland, Principal, at 270-487-8261 or by emailing her at by February 7, 2018.
The STUDENT Voice survey incorporates the use of an acronym using the following words: Support, Transparency, Understand, Discipline, Engage, Nurture, and Trust. The STUDENT survey provides reliable and meaningful feedback to educators regarding their practice as it relates to Domains 2 and 3 of the Kentucky Framework for Teaching (KyFfT) and the Specialist Frameworks. Educators can most effectively understand and track professional growth through the use of many forms of evidence. Since students spend the most time with an educator, their feedback is a valuable tool in helping an educator improve professional practice.
