Principal's Message

It is truly an honor and a privilege to hold the position of Principal at Monroe County Middle School. My mission is to help provide a safe and caring environment that promotes students’ individual success. I will strive to ensure that teachers are equipped to provide all students the opportunity to be successful inside and outside of the school setting.

I have had the opportunity to work in the Monroe County School District for the past eight years. Prior to being named principal of MCMS I served as Assistant Principal at Gamaliel Elementary School. Before being named assistant principal I served as teacher, athletic director and head teacher of the sixth grade center at MCMS for the previous seven years. We have a wonderful group of students as well as great staff. I look forward to working as a team within the school, the district, and the community to accomplish the goals we set out to meet. My door is always open, and I welcome parents and other community members alike to visit our school at any time to see firsthand the great things that are taking place at Monroe County Middle School.
