If I miss a One Call Notification, can I replay the message?
The following procedure explains how group member can replay a message:
Note: The message remains available for two days.
1. From any touch-tone phone, dial 877-698-3261.
*If Members call from a phone number that received the message, we will use the caller ID to determine which group called them last and replay the message. If members call from a number other than the one in your roster, they must enter the phone number that is in the roster to hear the message.
*If prompted, enter the phone number One Call Now normally calls. For example, if the member usually receives the calls on their home number, they would press 1, and then enter the area code and home phone number.
2. Listen to the auto-responder, when prompted with the statement "To hear your Group's latest message," press 1.
If the message requires a touch tone polling response, press the appropriate key when prompted.
