The Monroe County Watermelon Festival is such a special tradition, and it was wonderful to see so many of our students involved—from marching in the band and riding on floats to representing their teams, clubs, and organizations.

These moments are about so much more than a parade. They’re about community, school spirit, teamwork, and hometown pride. We’re proud of our students for showing up, getting involved, and being part of what makes Monroe County such a special place.
